Foundation 99 Mission: Building Pathways for U.S. Founders
The Latestsale.com Foundation 99 Mission is a concept we can proudly unveil on March 12, 2026, at the start of our journey and celebration of the inception of this educational, scientific research based not-for-profit organization. We are suitably destined to reach our primary objective; to educate micro businesses with ten employees or less on hybrid quantum computing and Responsible AI solutions. Quantum computing is finally viable, and our selection of Quantum Marketing tools built to expedite small business growth can finally be unveiled.
The Relentless Support for 7 Cohorts of Underrepresented U.S. Founders
The Foundation is proud to support a 7-strong cohort of underserved micro business communities in the U.S., that includes, Black Founders, Latino Founders, Native American Founders, U.S. Veteran business owners, disabled business owners, single-parent business Founders and the over 50s business owner segment. All cohorts aged 30+ enjoy 5+ years of professional industry experience and have immense potential to make a difference. We are here to accelerate them.
The organization’s Founder and soon to be appointed Board members are committed to helping ambitious small business owners access opportunities that facilitate sustainable growth in today’s technology-driven U.S. economy. Our purpose is to remove barriers that often limit progress for underserved entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses across the creative, hospitality, travel, leisure and sports business sectors throughout the United States.
The Foundation 99 Mission Will Help Close the Micro Business Funding Gap
Many overlooked Founders have strong ideas, valuable skills, enviable industry experience, and the determination to succeed, yet limited guidance, irrelevant tools, and reduced strategic support can slow long-term momentum and advancement. The Foundation 99 Mission was created to help close the micro business funding gap by providing mentorship and practical resources that strengthen long-term business success and propel lasting market confidence to new heights. This ambition lies with the majority of truly inspiring and resilient small businesses with ten employees or less that contribute to the U.S. economy and whose owners are often supported by personal funds, philanthropy, CDFIs and business grants.
The Realities of Small Business Success in America
Only around 2.5% of startups raise money from angel investors, and less than 1% raise money from venture capital funds. This is an average figure with statistics amongst our 7-strong underrepresented small business cohort showing even less VC and investor traction than the national average.
- Overall Failure Rate: Roughly 3 out of 4 (75%) of venture-backed startups fail to return investor cash.
- Total Loss: 30% to 40% of VC-backed startups fail completely, meaning investors lose all their money.
There is, despite these statistics, an overwhelming impetus to support the 1% of small business owners who raise VC investment but whose business ethos and models do not necessarily contribute to the success of the majority; the 99% of businesses with less than 10 employees who do not raise from VCs but make up the U.S. economy.
Creating a Fairer Society for U.S Workers
As a U.S., industry specialist not-for-profit, we support entrepreneurs working across the creative industry, hospitality, travel, leisure, and sports sectors where we can leverage our expertise by adding value to their educational journey. Through expert research insights, accessible technology, and growth-focused solutions, U.S. Founders can improve brand visibility, attract new customers and lasting loyalty, whilst building trust and higher productivity levels within their workforce.
The myth. 50% of U.S. Consumers Use Ad-Blocking Technology. It’s nearly impossible for creators to make a sizeable income via ads without substantial audiences. 30% of full-time creators work more than 40 hours a week with most content creators earning well under the U.S. poverty line of $13,590 annually.
Responsible Innovation through Quantum Marketing
The Foundation champions responsible innovation by educating the 7 underserved business cohorts we represent on the importance of digital literacy. We introduce modern technology tools that bring together the best of quantum computing and Responsible AI. Our hybrid approach to technological development is best placed to improve enterprise efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement. By combining practical support with smart technology, we help small business owners scale sustainably and compete more effectively in changing markets.
The Foundation acknowledges that when small businesses grow, communities nationwide benefit and thrive over the long term, generating positive social impact. New jobs are created, local neighborhoods prosper, local economies strengthen, and innovation expands. That is why the Foundation 99 Mission is focused on creating pathways to resilience, inclusion, and measurable progress for the next generation of business leaders within the creative, hospitality, travel and leisure and sports ecosystems.
Together, we are helping ambitious, underserved U.S. Founders turn ambition into real opportunity and long-term success nationwide.
