We do this in order to notify you about Our charity programs, facilitate technical Marketing course access via the Site, confirm donations and any charity merchandise orders. We will also periodically give you the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving such email communications referred to in the Membership Registration Clause 6.

2.2 We recognize that Registration Information We acquire whilst you use the Site is personal data and We hereby agree that We shall treat your Registration details and all other information that you provide to Us in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

6.1 When you register as a Member on the Site, you will be required to provide Us with your full name, your full address including zip code, your date of birth so that we can verify that you are over the age of 18, your chosen password and email address (the “Registration Information”).

6.2 In the event that you do not provide Us with the Registration Information We require for the purpose of using Our Site as a Member, We reserve the right to refuse your request to become a Member. Member Registration Information is utilized as detailed in Our Privacy Policy terms specified in Clause 3 and Clause 5.

7.2 We may use your Registration Information from time to time to advise you of technical educational services the charity delivers to one of our seven cohorts of underrepresented Founders, together with charity merchandise sold on the Site from time to time to support our mission and cover essential operational costs, based on the preferences that you identify during the registration process when you become a Member, and according to any preferences of which you subsequently make Us aware such as favourite products/services. We will obtain your permission to carry out such communication during the registration process when We obtain your Registration Information.

7.3 To offer you any third party services, We may email you at the email address that you supply to Us when you submit your Registration Information to Us. You may opt-out of such communication at any time by following the opt-out links indicated or by emailing us with your Registration email to info@latestsale.org with the subject line OPT OUT.

7.4 We will ask for and store your order and delivery details including your address (if different to the address in the Registration Information) and may automatically insert certain information on your order form so that you can purchase charity merchandise with ease or carry out donations on Our website with the minimum amount of form filling.

7.5 We may share your data only in circumstances that require Us to do so by way of adherence to Federal or state law, prescribed regulation, the protection of Our Intellectual Property, the public or Our users or in cases of an enforceable governmental request or legal notification. This exemption also applies in instances where We deem there to have been a material breach of Our Terms of Use that require Us to review such possible violations in order to identify or respond to malicious threats relating to but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI) misuse, fraud or a cyber attack.

Any unauthorized access by malicious third parties or bots that are not under Our control, will be handled by our software threat identifiers. We deal with such threats on a case by case basis and on occasion, some deliberate threats including the unauthorized training of AI Agents or AI Models using data from Our site will be fought vigorously via legal channels to counteract such attacks and/or any harm impacting Our users and the Foundation’s Privacy ethos and guidelines.
